Pomeranians are very intelligent dogs that love to please. Because of their outgoing temperaments, they can be very good family dogs with the right training. Due to their small size they don’t require much exercise, but are an energetic breed that needs attention from their people frequently. They possess a thick double coat, which needs to be brushed on a regular basis.

If I Didn't Have dogs
I could walk barefoot
around the yard in safety.
My house could be carpeted instead of tiled
and Laminated.
All flat surfaces, clothing, furniture, and cars would
Be hair-free.
There would be no blankets on my couch and chairs.
When the doorbell rings, my home wouldn't sound Like
a kennel plus I could get to the door without
Wading through all the
fuzzy bodies who beat me there.
I could sit on the couch and my
bed any way I wanted, With out having to take into consideration how
much
space several fur bodies need to get comfortable.
I
would have enough money, and no guilt, to go on A real vacation.
I
would not be on a first-name basis with 6 veterinarians, As I put their yet
unborn grandkids through college.
The most used words in my
vocabulary would not be: "out" "sit" "down" "come" "no" "stay" And
"leave it ALONE.
My house would not be cordoned off into zones with
baby gates and makeshift barriers.
I would not talk 'baby talk'.
'Eat your din din'. 'Yummy Yummy for the tummy'. "where's mama's
babies?..lol"
My house would not look like a day care center, with
toys everywhere- especially when I break out the chewies.
My pockets would not contain things like poop bags, treats, nail trimmers
and an extra leash.
I would no longer have to spell the words
B-A-L-L, W-A-L-K, T-R-E-A-T, O-U-T, G-O, R-I-D-E, S-U-P-P-E-R,
and
C-O-O-K-I-E.
I would not have as many leaves INSIDE my house as
Outside.
I would not look strangely at people who think having ONE
dog ties them down too much.
I'd look forward to spring and
the rainy season instead of dreading 'mud' season.
I would not have
to answer the question: 'Why do you have so many animals?' from people who
will never know the joy of being loved
unconditionally by the closest
thing to an angel they will ever encounter.
How EMPTY my life would
be!!!
There are NO varieties based on size for
Chihuahuas or Pomeranians. Both are Toy breeds which means both are small. The terms " Tea-Cup", Micro & Pocket are
terms breeders or owners use, but have NO formal basis and are simply
descriptions of the dogs that they choose. Please consult Breed
Standards for Chihuahua's and Pomeranians at:

FairyTail Kennels is a small reputable home/hobby breeder of AKC registered quality Chihuahua and Pomeranian puppies. We love both breeds and would hate to pick between the two. We have been breeding for over 10 years.
We are located in the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia just a short drive from Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia. We have puppies living in these states plus New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky. We do not ship our babies as we feel it is too stressful for a toy breed puppy but we will drive up to an hour to meet with potential families.
Our FairyTail Chihuahua and Pomeranian puppies are well socialized by our family and are raised in the middle of our home. We are a homeschooling family so our puppies are handled and played with several times through out the day by our children as well as the adults in our home.
Our breeding females and males are not kept in an outside kennel. They are members of our family and they are treated as such. Socializing our FairyTail puppies within our family means they are ready to attach to their new family very quickly.
Our Chihuahua and Pomeranian Puppies go to their new families with a current up to date shot record, worming schedule plus a health guarantee. We prefer that they go to a family with no children under the age of 5 due to their small size unless a safety plan is made to protect the puppy from the loving hands of a small child.
Please email for Current pictures of available and upcoming puppies. We thoroughly enjoy raising these two wonderful breeds and we know you will too!
Don't hesitate to contact us if you are looking for a particular color or size as we sometimes are a little late with updates to the site.
******Please note that puppies sometimes
change
in color as they age. No guarantee can be given that the puppy will stay
the color it has when born. When their puppy coat molts out the adult
coat that comes in is sometimes a different color. Please do not let color be the only criteria to use when picking out a puppy. It can be fun watching the puppy change colors.******
All we ask of our potential families is that they first research the breed of puppy they are interested in to make sure it's temperament will fit into their lifestyle. Please remember that not every breed fits everyone's lifestyle. A puppy is a big commitment and an even bigger responsibility, so please be sure your whole family is ready for its newest 4-legged family member.
Please contact us about our baby boys! Boys are really sweet and if neutered between 4 and 6 months spraying is not a problem.
Check out our nursery to see if you find a puppy you like, contact us for availability. A $75 good faith deposit will hold a puppy until the pick-up date. After your purchase please share pictures of your Chihuahua from us and we will put them on our page for all to see.
